Take the La Sportiva Crossroads Men's Trail Running Shoes on paved roads and rocky trails with the confidence that their excellent support will keep you on the move. They offer excellent cushioning with triple-density EVA midsoles when you're running down the sidewalk in front of your house. As you cross onto the trail through the park, FriXion AT soles take over and provide you with supreme traction whether it's muddy, sandy, or rocky. Crossroads Trail Running Shoes also use a Dynamic Tongue lacing system to hold your foot in place, assuring you get the most out of these versatile shoes from La Sportiva.

Bottom Line: Down the road and through that park you go with the La Sportiva Crossroads Trail Running Shoes.

Great trail running shoe

This la Sportiva shoe is one of the best trail running shoes I've ever owned. They're really stable and they have far better traction than some Salomons I owned previously.

good shoes

Very comfortable, although they feel half a size too small. Worn them for about three weeks now, almost every day, no problems.

Falling apart

By:
August 21, 2006

I bought these shoes less than one month ago. Everything is great except that the front part of my left shoe is already showing signs of wear. This is surprising to me. I don't even use them on the trail, just at work and they are already falling apart. Comfortable, sized right, just can't stand up to being kicked around and used to well.

Crossroads Trail Running Shoe

By:

I have used the Crossroads Trail shoe on paved roads, trails, approaches, logging roads and dirt roads, it is excellent in every way. The rubber is super-sticky and the support is great. I have also raced a trail run in the Crossroads. This shoe does it all!

Mismatched European/US shoe size

By:
May 18, 2007

While the shoes look like very good quality, we are very disappointed with these. Your website claims that a 42.5 would fit a size 9.5 mens. My husband says that it feels like he is trying to fit his feet into a size 6! Though at least one of your reviewers claims the shoes fit true to size, surely only those who have bought La Sportiva shoes before and know their European sizes will be satisfied with this purchase. We just feel we wasted time and money (to return the shoes)!

Great trail runner

The Cross Roads has good support on rocky, uneven terrain. This shoe also has much better grip on wet rocks than other trail runners. I have a fairly regular-sized foot(maybe slightly wider than normal) and they fit just right.

No blisters!

I just ran a 175-mile relay race in these shoes. It was mostly on pavement and these shoe worked great. They take a few runs to break in, but once these babies are broken in your feet will be in heaven.
