In order to maximize the warmth of the 700-fill insulation, each baffle has a 3D micro-baffled construction. The Repeloff Nano Super DWR sheds moisture when a storm sneaks up on you, and the downproof coating keeps all that plush goose down in the jacket where it belongs. A microfleece chin guard adds a nice touch of comfort against your weather beaten face, and the adjustable hood really piles on the warmth when the mercury drops. The Cham is loaded with a few more pockets than your average down jacket with two zippered hand and 1 chest on the outside, and two large zippered internal, one of which will stow that jacket when you're on the move.
