Kuhl covers all the bases by giving you three different ways to wear the Women's Bandita Convertible Pant. Its versatile 3-in-1 style lets you wear the Bandita Convertible as a pant, zip off the lower leg to create a below-the-knee capri, or, if you're really working up a sweat, roll up the cuffs and enjoy the cool comfort of 11-inch shorts.
  • Side stretch panels allow for easy movement and breathable comfort
  • Drypoint nylon/cotton blend breathes and wicks for comfort, and offers UPF 40 protection
  • Ryder mid-low rise rests comfortably on your hips

Love these. I've packed on a few pounds (12) lately, but these pants make me look like I only gained 6. Hooray! I tend to carry my extra weight around my butt and inner thighs. I'm 5'7 3/4", and 145 lbs. I bought the size 8, 32" inseam. The fit is slightly snug but very flattering. They are much lighter weight than I expected, but are warm enough at 40F temps. I expect they'll be versatile for warm weather as well. They're actually "dressier" than they appear in the pics. The khaki color is darker than the pics as well. Super comfortable, hug the right places, and give in the right places. They don't stretch out much with use (ladies, don't you hate that?) so they fit nearly the same at the end of the day as they do at the beginning. I hope they'll be as durable as my previous Kuhl convertibles.

Edit to add: I've put these pants through ringer this winter (and I live in mountain/snow country). The fabric, although very thin, has held up surprisingly well. Very comfortable and flexy.
