Description

A truer road feel adds authenticity to your spinning session.

The Kreitler Fly Wheel adds resistance and rotating mass to your Kreitler Rollers, giving your workout a more road-like feel. It maintains the roller's momentum when you stop pedaling so the training station simulates a real road ride more, not slowing down as much as the rollers do when the fly wheel isn't attached. For added resistance, get a left and right flywheel.

I use a "dynomyte" that's around 15 years old and it is compatible with the new Flywheel I just purchased, no problem.

The headwind fan is called the "Killer Headwind Fan" for a reason. Well, kind of I guess. I know it is named after Al's dog. But anyway, it really hurts. Replicates and surpasses road resistance depending on the opening of the fan. Much better than the flywheel and about the same price. Check the wattage numbers out here...
