I have not had a chance to really give these boots a good workout, but as far as comfort goes I was pleasantly surprised. I have really sensitive feet and these boots don't have anything internally that bugs my feet. They seem warm and breathable and they seem like they will grip just about anything and I haven't even tried the soles with metal plugs. I'm a little bummed that spring came quickly but I think these are the boots I will wear for quite a while. I would not recommend them for light hiking or simple recreation, but for more extreme conditions they are perfect.

my foot size is 10.5, but my shoe size is 11. Should I go with 10.5 or 11?
