Description

Become a 4 x 4 trekking machine.

Add the four-wheel—or should we say four-appendage—drive to your hike with the Komperdell Contour Titanal Trekking Poles. These lightweight, telescoping hiking poles maximize your stability and efficiency on the trail without adding much extra weight. Made from a high-grade aluminum alloy, they resist corrosion and stand up to years of wear. The Duolock height adjustment mechanism locks the three sections together to form one rigid unit. The poles’ EVA grips form-fit to your hand and absorb moisture for comfort and safety on warm-weather hikes; they also feature an extended area for when you need a grip lower on the pole. Padded neoprene wrist straps add further comfort and support.

I'd been having the same problem! Found replacement parts for Leki, but not Komperdell - no reply from the company. But... look at this!!

It looks like they're aftermarket, but they seem like they'll work. I'm ordering some, and can let you know if they work (or you can just take the risk - at $4 a pop, why not?) Hope this helps! I was ready to ditch these poles!!

You can actually find them on Amazon and other places too, by searching "Expanding Nut Titanal" - but the one i linked to seemed the cheapest. Hope this helps! I was ready to ditch these poles!!
