Tributary Hydration System with Reservoir

When you're completely surrounded by water, it can be easy to forget to take a drink every now and then. Stay hydrated while you're paddling under the hot sun with the Kokatat Tributary Hydration System with Reservoir. It attaches to almost all Kokatat PFDs and includes a 1.5 liter reservoir so you can have easy access to fresh water whether you're battling whitewater or SUPing across a serene lake. The tough Cordura fabric can take a beating if you get tumbled in rapids, and a zippered stash pocket stores small accessories.

Solid ad-on hydration for long paddles

Familiarity:

I bought this hydration system for long expeditions where I would be paddling for over 6+ hours at a time. The system does not have the best means of attaching to a PFD as the velcro is not the strongest. I would not expect mine to stay fully attached if I had to swim while this was on my PFD. The mouthpiece on the included reservoir is not the best and makes drinking more difficult than it should be. Overall the system is fine, it does what it needs to but it is not a piece of gear I reach for unless I absolutely think I will need it. A water bottle or water bladder just sitting in the boat does just as good of a job.
