Vacuum Base Composite Climbing Skins

If you've ever had your climbing skins get stuck together, then you know it can be real feat of strength to try and pry them apart, and it can leave you feeling like you might need to exercise more than just your ski legs every once in awhile. But don't buy a gym pass yet, because you're not the only skier that's all legs, because Kohla has developed a skin that utilizes a vacuum technology and two different adherent layers, which make the skins significantly easier to manage during transitions, without sacrificing the stick you need to get up the skintrack. The plush side of the skins are composed of a mohair, nylon blend that glides well and makes short work of steep skintracks, and it is also treated with a water-resistant Fluorocarbon coating to prevent the skins from absorbing heavy moisture as you tour.
