The Kelty Yellowstone 4 Footprint is a coated nylon tarp placed underneath your Kelty Yellowstone 4 tent to protect its floor from abrasion and wear. A bit smaller than the tent floor, the Yellowstone 4 Footprint is the perfect size to prevent pooling water during rainy weather.

If nothing else, it would certainly work as a ground cloth underneath your tent. It should work exactly if they're the same brand and dimensions.

If your thinking about getting a Kelty tent, this is a great companion to have. Fits snug to the tents "undercarriage", and is easy to install. Bottom line, just buck up and get one you'll be glad you did.
