Eli,
You would want to get some sand anchors as this comes with just regular stakes. It has many guy lines/points that will help keep it down and we have had it up at the office in the 20-30 mph winds we regularly get there and has been tested in Moab as well but it has a HUGE surface area and it would require some pretty substantial guying out/anchoring to keep it down.

This thing is huge, if you have a group that you need to keep out of the sun or rain this is it.
