Compressed Rock Solid

By:
June 2, 2010

This is a photo of the sleeping bag compressed down with Granite Gears Rock Solid compression stuff sack. I put a tape rule by the sack for reference. Hope this helps those of you considering picking this up for a backpacking bag. Like stated even stuffed and compressed its a fairly large bag, but it can be manageable if need be.

Kelty Mistral Sleeping Bag

By:

I love this sleeping bag, probably one of the most comfortable bags I have slept in. I actually slept in this bag for 3 months straight while our new home was being built (Long story), but I am glad I had this bag. The problem is the stuff size is just too large to take on any backpacking trips so I have only used it for camping. Even compressed as small as it could be it does not compress small enough.
