Description

You'd like your tent to stay where you put it, thank you very much.

Ditch the flimsy, bendable stakes that came with your tent originally. Kelty made the J-Stake 6-Pack Tent Stakes with high-strength aluminum so that you can hammer away and drive them securely into the ground. Long, tapered points help the stakes push through dense ground with ease, and their full seven-inch length gives your tent solid footing.

These stakes are incredibly lite, compact and durable. I have been using these for about 1 year now and absolutely love them. No signs of breakdown and the J design is incredibly efficient. A must have with any tent!

Got two packs of these to replace the stakes that are missing from a few of my tents. So far so good. Really easy to pound in and the tiny strings help pull them out with ease as well. No deformities or bending in the 2 months I've had them and used them fairly regularly.

These stake work well in just about any ground type and are easy to pull out with the cord. I've pounded these in compacted gravel with a rock and then used them a few days later on the beach with no problems or mangled stakes.

A stake is a stake right? Well not exactly, these are great, they don't bend as easy as the tubular aluminum ones, in fact, I have yet to bend one. They may be a little heavy for you if you are a Super ULer, but for me they are fine.

These are fantastic stakes for most purposes (see my review on the North Face version). Again, these are actually DAC stakes so decide how many you need, what color, and if you want cord attached to decide what is the best deal.
