If you often find yourself pounding trail with sore, soggy feet, try on the Keen Men's Wasatch Crest WP Shoes. Their S3 heel structure supports your foot on impact, swallows shock, and reduces ankle problems. eVENT membranes breathe as they block water. Keen gave the Wasatch Crest WP Shoes integrated arch and forefoot stabilization plates so you get the support you need on uneven terrain. The asymmetrical flex lace system lets you tighten these hiking shoes to provide a custom fit without pressure points.
Bottom Line: The Keen Wasatch Crest WP Shoes keep feet dry and stable on the trail.
I have some mighty wide feet so finding a good hiking shoe can be hard to do. But this one hits the spot. They have great support, and good ankle stability. I have taking them out a few times now, and so far there awesome.
I have found Keen's to always run a little wide. Have you tried them on? If you can, stop by the retail store @ Backcountry and give them a peek. If you have tried them already and they're too narrow you might try Lafuma or some of the Merrell line. Hope that helps.

As stated before, very comfortable shoes. I did have a problem with the top lace eyelets. Within a few days of wear, both eyelets on the left shoe have popped out, and needed a little bit of gorilla glue. I would advise 'gently' tying the shoe. Other then this small issue, I have no complaints and would consider buying again.
Love the shoe. Stability is great...i tend to be rather clumsy and i feel much more confident that i won't inadvertently fall while simply walking (it's happened). will test them in the snow in a couple of months but hear they hold up well. stylish too.
these were my first pair of trail running shoes, about 5km and they were broken in,top traction, very comfy, they only get better the further i run.10/10
The shoe has amazing stability. The shock absorption is great. The fit is great. The asymmetrical lacing does take the pressure off the top of the foot. Lacing the shoe tight does not cause discomfort. Shoe is built for running. The wide toe box allows the toes to spread. The stance of the shoe allows for a smooth heel strike and toe off. Love them. I will buy these again.
Even the shoe cause a little incomfort under the arch of my foot,i love the feeling of being litterally stabilize when i run cross-country.So i give a 4.5/5 rating and i'm very happy to have them.
This is the first time I've tried Keen trail running shoes. In the past I've been a fan of La Sportiva and Salomon but I thought I'd try something different. This is a well designed trail runner. Very comfortable (I don't get hot spots and the insole fits just right). I have a pretty standard foot. The only negative I see is that they're pretty warm. Probably ideal for trail running in cool or even cold weather.
