If you often find yourself pounding down the trail with sore feet, try on the Keen Men's Wasatch Crest Hiking Shoes. They have an S3 heel support structure that supports your foot on impact, which lowers shock and ankle problems. Keen gave the Wasatch Crest Hiking Shoes an integrated arch and forefoot stabilization plate so you get the support you need on uneven terrain. The asymmetrical flex lace system ensures that you can tighten these hiking shoes to provide a custom fit.

Bottom Line: Don't endure sore feet. Prevent the problem with the Keen Wasatch Crest Hiking Shoes.

Keen about KEEN

By:

Great for trail running, also use them for hill sprints and general workouts. They run a little hot, but this is solved by wearing some moisture wicking socks. Fits true. I'll probably buy another pair of KEEN shoes in the future.

Solid Hiker

I could not be more pleased with this shoe. I recently hiked on some slushy, snow packed trails, and my feet stayed completely dry when everyone else's feet in my hiking party were soaked. This shoes fit true to size on me. I'm really stoked on these.

I currently run in Vasque Velocity size 11 Wide. How does the Keen Wasch compare in to the Vasque in terms of toe box room? Do they come in wide? Thanks.

One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, and right out of the box. Hope the wear is just as good.

Keen take on Jay

By:
August 24, 2007

I used the Keen Wasatch Crest shoes to run the 33 mile Jay Mountain Marathon. They survived and performed well running through the miles of swiftly running brooks, knee deep mud holes, across a river, and up and over Jay Peak! No blisters and I finished the race!

Will then Keen Wasach cushioning hold up to a downhill pounding from a 6'4" 205# runner? I'm tired of buying shoes where the cushion gives out after 100 miles...or less.

My shoe of choice

By: Backcountry.com Employee
September 16, 2008

These are the most comfortable trail-running shoes that I own. I have used them in a couple of trail running races on very rough trails and they have protected my delicate little toes.

They are a little heavy for road, or buff trail. I wear other shoes in those situations.

The slight downside? The big plastic bit above the toes sometimes catches on rocks as you drag your feet.

Huge fan of Keen

I'm of the opinion that Keen can do no wrong, and when I slipped my new Wasatch Crest Hiking Shoes on for the first time, I wasn't let down. They're extra grippy, breathable and downright comfortable.
