You can't go barefoot every day, but you can feel the longboard, bike pedals, or pavement beneath your feet if you sport the KEEN Men's Santa Cruz Shoes. The vulcanized construction puts your feet lower to the ground (or whatever you stand on), and the plush suede quarter-high uppers make the Santa Cruz shoes worthy of a restaurant seating as much as a lazy day wandering around town.

  • Plush suede uppers for both work and a night out
  • KEEN.Cush PU and memory foam footbeds caress your feet with each step while added arch supports ensure your lower body won't suffer on long walks
  • Vulcanized construction of the non-marking rubber soles gives you better feel of the ground beneath you, which leads to better balance

Hated them. Sent them back.

They look like the perfect shoe for me, from the images online. I was looking for something casual but stylish enough for church. They look like chukkah boots with a sole similar to Vans, and I expecting them to be that comfortable and that well made, but when I received them they looked like cheaper material than I expected and I hated the way they felt, especially when I lifted my heal shifting my weight to the ball of my foot. The material bunched up and folded across the top distorting the shape of the shoe. Too bad, because I'm really in love with the shoes I imagined them to be, and wish someone could make them as I projected them to be, as a chukkah boot with a white rubber sole.

Look great, but lacking comfort

The shoes look great and can easily pass as casual kick-around shoes or for a nice dinner downtown. Unfortunately they are wicked uncomfortable; the heel cup is very stiff and digs in. I generally wear size 10.5 and the size 11 were floppy large and the size 10 fits well when standing but hurts too much to walk in.

great shoes, run large though

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

these shoes are great, got them as a gift and had to exchange them for a half size smaller.

I ordered a size 11 and that is my normal shoe size. They fit perfectly snug. Make sure to not wear ankle socks with these as they dug into my heel a little bit. Overall a very stylish and comfortable shoe.
