If there’s only an inch or so of snow on the ground, there’s no need to send your little girl off to kindergarten wearing giant, knee-high snow boots. Instead, hook her up with a pair of Keen’s Kootenay Shoes. These casual shoes have the traction she needs to negotiate slippery surfaces and safely make her way from front door to first bell.

  • Full-grain leather uppers wrap her feet in protective style while the faux-wool fleece liners provides that classic winter look
  • Non-marking rubber outsoles provide traction on slippery surfaces without scuffing your kitchen floor
  • Integrated soles and toe-caps protect her toes from unseen obstacles
  • Simple hook-and-loop closure straps mean that she won’t have any trouble putting them on or taking them off herself

Great everyday winter boot

I wear a woman's 7 1/2 but have found I can wear a girls 6 in KEENs. I have two pairs of these boots, in brown and black. They are my go-to most winter days in Colorado, rugged enough for a little snow, warm enough to be outside for short periods of time but not too warm to keep on inside, and comfy enough to wear all day. I also get lots of compliments on them! The big velcro strap makes they very easy on/off, and as they stretched out some, made it possible to tighten them up a little for optimal fit. Really love them!

good shoe

Good shoe, easy on easy off.. was hoping the insulation went all the way to the toes but its just around the cuff at the ankle. still a good winter shoe when snowboots arent needed.
