Pair for me and pair for husband. We are both very happy! Purchased to use in the lodges each evening on our planned wiking trip down the rouge river this May...
We are at the beach this week at we both packed our keen slippers. Comfy true to size, slip your finger in and slide them on!
Great Slippers!

I bought these for my dad as a gift and he says he loves them. They are great for hanging around the house, but also have a nice sole that makes it easy for walking outdoors. One thing that was a little frustrating was sizing. He is a 10.5 to 11.0 and we had to size all of the way up to a 11.5. Other then the sizing though, this was a great purchase!

Got these to have a pair of more rugged slippers good for wearing outside as well in the house. Have used them for about a month and so far so good.
I was pleased to find out that I could take these on and off without using my hands. Takes a bit more effort than a normal slipper with a short back heel, but not hard to do.
I live in LA, and these are warm, but not too warm for winter here. In early fall I found my feet starting to sweat a bit if I wore them too long (more than an hour or so), but haven't had those problems now that the temperature has dropped.
Sizing: They feel true to size to me. I normally wear a 10, ordered a 10, and the fit is right on.

I ordered these for my husband who has Keen shoes but not slippers. After reading the reviews, I ordered him a half size larger, but they were too large, so I'm returning them for a half size smaller. He has narrow feet. Am looking forward to seeing how these others fit! Otherwise, when he tried them on, he said they felt awesome!

These slippers are great. They are crazy comfortable and the sole is better than you find on many shoes. They certainly run small so size up 1/2 to a full size.
Warm and comfy. Size: see comment

I just got these but they're comfortable and warm. I got the size that I wear in a shoe. I'll be wearing some ultra light to light Smartwool socks with them and they're just the right amount of snug. I wasn't sure after reading other comments. Comfortable. These are great for wearing around the house and out to the pub.
Not bad.

These slippers are very comfortable and luxurious feeling. They are not the warmest of slippers, but they do the job during the Fall and Spring. Go with a warmer shoe for winter and you'll be set.
Great slipper

Good support. Insole provides the cushioning that i need. Rubber sole is great if you are looking for something that is "non-slip". I never rate anything 5/5 because that would indicate perfection, however, this product comes very close!
super slippers!

very comfy, great fitting slipper.
I have only forgot that I had slippers on once while I got in my car to drive to work. Luckily I had to get out to remove a branch in the driveway and I noticed so I could go back and put on dress shoes.
only complaint is I can not slip into them without bending down and using a hand.

I've owned a pair of these for about 6 months, and came back to buy another pair for when, or if, these ever wear out. I work from home and wear these every day to work. If I leave the house, as soon as I return, the Howser is back on my feet. The natural rubber sole on the bottom is super tough. The Keen-
Cush insole is divine, and to top it off, my feet are surrounded by micro-fleece. Nothing feels better than hopping of the trail or the bike and slipping into these heavenly foot hotels. My pair are true to my size 12 feet.
Unfortunately it looks like my size is no longer available anywhere, and I can only hope that Keen continue this model and makes more. If you can find a pair in your size, buy them. Your feet will not be disappointed.

No, unfortunately.

No, these are not waterproof. You could spray them with a silicone to make them more water repellent.

These are some serious slippers! With a rugged rubber sole I wouldn't think twice of wearing these out to grab the paper or even to go to the store. I picked up a 1/2 size larger than what I regularly wear due to the previous reviewers suggestions but I think I could have stuck with my standard size. The first complaint is that the opening on these is super tight which is a pain and I'm sure will lead to the slipper wearing out prematurely in this area. My only other complaint is that these slippers are super heavy which doesn't exactly scream comfortable.
Good, not great

I love Keen Shoes, Keen Sandals... and I was really excited about these slippers. A few problems:
1. They are small... i should have listened to the other reviewers and ordered a 1/2 size larger than my normal keen shoe size. Particularly the opening is small and hard to get your foot into it. Not a big deal and i'm sure it will stretch out.
2. Very little ventilation... Now maybe I should have expected this from the design, but I find that my feet get sweaty if i'm not wearing socks. As a slipper this is kinda disappointing
Pros: The build quality seems top-notch and the indoor/outdoor capability is nice. Nice, warm and comfy.
can these be machine washed?

Hello Lynn,
I would recommend not to machine wash, but to hand wash in the sink. Take out the footbed also and let the slipper air dry after you wash it.

How warm are these. I am looking for some house shoes. I live in a warm climate so I am looking for some house shoes that have little insulation, but nice cushion.

These aren't super warm. They are warm enough for me in Utah during Fall/Spring, but winter needs a little more. They are very comfortable and there is a nice amount of insulation.

These are some serious slippers! More like house shoes or camp shoes. These do run small, so be sure to order 1/2 size larger than you normally wear.

I love these well-made and comfortable slippers. I wear them every day around the house. As with all Keen shoes I have owned, a half size larger than the size I normally wear with other brands is the right fit. I have narrow feet, with a narrow heel. I have bought several products at backcountry.com during the past few months. Each time the product has been shipped promptly and has arrived in excellent condition as ordered.
