I've tried Keen Newports and know a 9 fits my fairly wide

I've tried Keen Newports and know a 9 fits my fairly wide foot perfectly. I've read reviews elsewhere indicating this commuter version is narrower (makes sense for a cycling shoe). Nobody in my city carries them to try on and see if I need to go up a half size before ordering...any advice?

The Keens I've bought run a little wide. I normally wear a 7 1/2 to an 8 but a 7 1/2 is generously large and wider than I need.

Barbara,Yes, these are compatible with Shimano clips. Make sure to pick up another pair of cleats for your sandals.Mahalo, Sumo
