Fantastic shoe. Light, and a perfect minimalist shoe for those who are looking for an experience similar to Five Fingers without the toe spread. I've worn these all day, every day for three months now with no issues. I plan to buy another pair when I wear these thin.

These things kick ass, nice narrow fit which is perfect for my skinny feet, and a true to size fit, I wear 10 in just about everything, no exception here. The one functional complaint is that they don't handle rock strikes well, the sole is a bit soft. Great for all around lightweight mountain and trail use though, nice grippy sole, and they lasted for ages before the upper and lower finally separated. May pick up another pair to replace my NB MT110's, not sure which route I'm going yet for a replacement.

Build quality was excellent, weight was good, but my foot is just the wrong shape. i think my heel is too narrow. walking on non flat surfaces my heel was rotating/sliding up the side.
the lugs on these things are amazing for traction. i couldn't believe how well they gripped. i wish more shoes came with a sole like these.

if you are a minimalist runner, used to say the 5 fingers, these a great scree/cold weather, occasional pavement option. you will want to run as if you are barefoot. they are as durable as any other minimalist shoe. if you want durability, get an over-built shoe. i wouldn't call them narrow... more low-volume. great for the $ on SAC.

I have fairly narrow feet and these fit my feet really well. They are very comfortable shoes. I was given the shoes, but I don't really go in for the minimalist thing. It's like wearing running slippers. They are that comfortable, but I like more support when I run. The tread is good for off road, but as another reviewer mentioned, they're not too durable.

This is what my shoes looked like after wearing them daily for a month. Do not take these trail running. They are not very durable. They do have an excellent fit and great snug lacing system if you have a low volume foot. Great for walking/running around town.

Comfy shoes. Not durable.

Not the typical Keen fit- much too narrow for both my feet and my husbands too. We each bought a pair, hoping to wear them on our backpacking trip. Nice weight, but poor fit for people that usually wear Keens.
