I have a 36 euro foot in most shoes. Narrow heels, flat foot, and need wide wide front area for my mini buyan and toes. How is the width in these shoes? Thanks for your response and suggestions. I miss my Raichle Mt. Trail XT GTX

I wear a size 8 in every kind of shoe but these 8's are too

I wear a size 8 in every kind of shoe but these 8's are too small - so beware. I've broken in enough that I can wear them but kill going downhill (blue toenails).
Any suggestions to alleviate this problem without buying a new pair a boots? Just grasping at straws here.

My dad LOVES his Kayland Contacts. He has bought several extra pair in case they change. :)

However, they don't fit my feet. I have a narrow heel and it feels like it still slips around. Also, I have a high arch, and if i use a backpacking insole, there isn't enough room in the toebox (i have a wide forefoot).

I had to order bigger than usual size. I'm usually an 8 in running and hiking shoes. The 8 was too small in these boots. 8.5 would have been ok if I didn't want to use other insoles. With insoles, I think I would need a 9 -- a full size bigger than usual

I bought a pair of Kay Land Contact Women's Boots a few years ago and I love them. They still are in great conditions except a hole in the fabric, inside behind the heel. Do you have any idea how I could fix this up? I thought I could put a piece of Duct Tape. Do you know if it is a good idea?

How come the men's version is on sale on the outlet site and the women's isn't?

Hello,Well one reason might be the size run on the Men's is broken, while the Women's is a full size run. Most likely it is because Kayland has updated the Contact for Men with a new model. BC is probably just liquidating the older style contact before the new style comes in. As far as I know the Women's did not receive an update.Mahalo, Sumo
