    YUUUUUM!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Tasty, filling, and has chocolate and peanut butter. What's not to love? These bars are the perfect treat when you get to the top of whatever gnarly trail you are climbing. More of a meal than a normal trail bar. Kind of dense but still delicious.

    Chocolate AND Raisins

You don't find too many energy bars out there that contain chocolate and raisins, which turns out is an awesome combo.
Durable packaging means the bars stay fresh after taking abuse in your pack, but makes them a little difficult to open when you need a quick snack while driving.

Make sure you bring some water

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I love these bars - tasty, filling, and ingredients you can pronounce, but they are DENSE! I'm always taken a bit by surprise at how filling they are for a 3oz bar. Great for snacking on the trail but I find that I need to be rather hungry to crush a full bar by myself.

One huge plus is that these bars don't have a tendency to freeze in cold weather - no more worrying about chipping a tooth on a rock solid energy bar with these ones!

I've sampled all of the Kate's bars (Tram, Tiki, Stash, and Handle Bars). Apart from the Tiki bars, they all taste somewhat similar - if you like one, you'll probably like all of them, and they have just enough variety to keep your trail snacks interesting for a couple days

      Another great bar from Kate

I love all of Kate's bars, this is yet another great tasting bar sourced from natural goodness. Kate's Real Food bars have become my go-to exercise bar. I even like them more than ProBars, which I didn't think was possible. Good stuff!

      Best Bars on the Planet!

I love the Grizzly bar!! I go back and forth between this bar and the Handle bar on my favorite. The Grizzly bar packed with ingredients that keep you full and going for hours tastes strikingly like your favorite PB&J when you were a kid (or last week)!! Buy them here: www.katesrealfood.com

      Best Bars on the Planet!

Packed full of good stuffand super tasty

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Grizzly bars are my favorite flavor from Kate's Real Food. I feel like I'm eating solid nutritious ingredients from a trusted source. And I think they taste crazy good. Like mouth watering and I'm not even kidding. If I'm going to pay for the pre made convenience of my trail food compressed and packaged into a bar, then I want it densely packed full of all the nutrients I need at a good price per calorie. I can go for half a day and sometimes more on one of these bars alone. I've been a fan for a couple years now and I still love how they taste. I think they are becoming the standard by which many natural 'meal bars' are being measured. My take for what it's worth.

      Juuuussttt right.

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've always had a problem when packing snacks for an excursion or even my day to day routine. Many packable snacks are often too filling, chewy, or chalky. However, Kate's Real Foods has resolved this issue and provided an organic, tasty, and light hearted affair that won't leave you running for your pocket trowel.

      Kate's Win Again

I saw this flavor when grabbing my morning coffee, stashed it in my pocket and headed for first chair. After riding fresh all morning I was starting to get hungry and pulled this peanut butter, chocolate, trail mix bar out. It gave me enough boost to just keep spinning laps and getting as much fresh as I can. I loved the original Tram Bar and this is just as good if not better. All natural fuel that tastes great, you cant go wrong with these.

        Grizzly Bar in Alaska

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The Grizzly bar is jam packed with energy. Real, unprocessed, organic energy. A few of these in the pack is enough to keep me going all day long without having to haul around a heavy lunch. Great for big days skiing and snowboarding in the mountains!

These bars are the best! Can't get enough of them. Awesome for bike rides and ski tours, or a quick small meal on the go. Awesome to have a bar with no fake ingredients made by a great crew of people in Victor, ID.
