The waterproof nylon and suede uppers feature a synthetic rubber shell to help block out slush and snow, and 200 grams of Thinsulate insulation and a faux-fur snow collar to warm your frigid foot. A lightweight EVA midsole adds cushion on long commutes, and the Venture rubber outsole keeps you standing on slick surfaces.

Actually I don't think a 10 in this boot would be that bad for you. It's going to give you some extra room for thicker socks in the super cold or a pair of insoles when it's not quite so cold so you're in thinner socks. They fit pretty true to size though.
