I have a narrow low volume foot and these fit nice. I love the eggplant color! I wear these for more casual dress when its wet and raining outside, if I was going to be working in the mud, I'd probably go more towards Bogs, but just because I would hate to get that beautiful purple color too muddy. ;)

The boots are too snug at ankles and top of boot. Returned them.
How do these compare with Hunters?

I just got back from a trip to Sweden where everywhere I look someone has a pair of boots like these. I fell in love with them. I took them on a camping trip through the a muddy marshy area and I would of been miserable if I didn't have a pair of these.

I love the color, and the foot support. The lining is nice too. Only one major difficulty - one of the calfs is too tight. However, I turned the top of the boot inside out to make about a 1 1/2 inch cuff to stretch it out, and now they are comfortable.

I love these boots, they are much more comfortable than your average rainboots and actually have some support! They are also really very pretty, I get complements all the time! They are very tight around my calf with my jeans tucked in, though, so if you have bigger calves they probably won't work.

Does the Women's Kamik Ellie Boot come in narrow sizes?

Ginny, these don't come in narrow sizes but I have an extremely narrow foot and these fit me well. There's room for a thick sock but if I wear a thin sock, I don't get a lot of slide. The footbed is cut a little lower than some boots so it hugs my foot enough that I can wear them with no flopping. They're also more lightweight than many boots so I don't struggle walking, since my ankles are also small. Certainly worth a try, if you haven't already ordered!

The description SHOULD include sizing info on the boot, such as order same size shoe you normally order, or runs large order 1 size smaller. This is info I would need before ordering online a product that I'm interested in.

I purchased these for my daughter who has slim calves, but if your calves are a bit on the heavy side, these rainboots are not for you. They run small. She is normally a 6 1/2 and I purchased her a 7. They fit well. I read a lot of reviews about these boots before ordering and most said that they ordered up a whole shoe size in the boots, as they run on the smallish side.

I usualy wear 7 1/2 and the size 8 I ordered fits too snug. Order up a size for best fit.
Pretty close to perfect

As always, I did some extensive researching before I found exactly what I wanted. They're beautiful, red, shiny, stylish, happy-making, etc. And fit extremely well.In fact, that's the only part that throws me off a bit: I ordered in my size, and they are snug. I wasn't even sure if I was going to be wear socks - which, as cushy nice as these are, I needed to protect my heels from the rubbing up against the material on the inside heels of the boot. I can, wear socks, I'm just not sure how thick I'll be able to wear them. The top also being pretty snug prevents me from tucking in my pant legs, for which I would prefer a bit 'o give.I guess I'm still debating whether I should exchange them for the next size up, if this is even an option. But yes, keeping this sizing factor in mind - these are perfect, beautiful, sleek, fun, warm rain boots.
