A womens-specific ski helmet with its own climate and sound system.
Step into your own private world when you wear the K2 Women's Virtue Audio Helmet on the slopes this winter. This durable helmet meets industry standards and certifications to help protect your head during a sudden crash, cartwheel session, or bonk on the head from a clueless patron carrying his skis around the base area. Dual active matrix venting technology lets you regulate the airflow of the helmet vent system with the touch of your finger, while its goggle vents remain open to keep fogging at bay.
Its K2dialed fit system features an ergonomically inspired three-point adjustable interface to maximize fit and customization with the twist of a dial for superb convenience on the fly. And you're going to love its cozy full-wrap liner system that easily removes for washing, wicks moisture away, and supplies breathable comfort when you navigate down steep, techy terrain. If you're worried about a gap between your goggles and helmet, don't be, as the Virtue's universal brim design works seamlessly with K2 goggles and most industry goggles.
The baseline audio level 3 sound system brings your tunes to your ears and connectivity to your phone when you shred or chill on the lift. Its integrated headphones and on-cord mini-mic connect to your cell phone or your MP3 player for easy connection while you ski pow, carve up groomers, or tackle a gnarly line.

Great helmet, best fit
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I've had a smith and salomon helmet, but the best of the line, and neither fit me as well as the k2. No gap, anywhere! no sliding around, easy to dial in with or without ponytail, and fit my smith, anon, and Oakley goggles great. Love the color way, materials, and venting system. No fog in my goggles ever with the goggle vent, and top vent is very efficient.
The audio gook up is awesome, with way controls that work great with iPhone 4 or 5.
One downside, audio quality is poor. Those little speakers are sub par. Tinny, no depth to the music. I know they're little, but even compared to the audio from other helmets, these are poor. Wish they would have made them better. That would have made this the perfect helmet.
