Hey Justin I'm 6'1" and I weight 275LB. I my first snowboard and still current board that I ride with is a 163cm board. It's a great size for me, it's big enough but still menuverable. So I think you should rent one this size first and take a one or two lessons first and then you'll get a hang of it in no time.

You're definitely going to want the 163cm board. And it's also helpful that this board is wide as well, because I'm assuming you have over a size 10 or 11 shoe, and it will also distribute your weight just a little more.
If you've never boarded before I would recommend renting a board first, and trying to get a good idea if you like the sport and what size of board you need. It's certainly much cheaper than spending $350 on a board and $200+ more on boots and bindings.
However if you've already done this I would look for something around a size 163. Some may say that a 163 is too small for you for your weight, but you're only 6'1" and if you start going too much longer than the board is going to be hard to maneuver.
Good luck, hope this helps!
