Lovers of the Seth Pistol will line up days in advance and risk passing out in the crowd just to catch a glimpse of the K2 Seth Alpine Ski. Even more of a rockstar than its predecessor, the Seth Alpine Ski is a fatty twintip big-mountain weapon and Seth Morrison's signature ride. The Seth assaults the deepest, steepest terrain. Tough ABS sidewalls and 2.5mm steel edges ensure this ski isn't a short-lived phase. The metal rivets and graphics would make Sid blush, but what's underneath it all reflects Morrison's own athletic versatility. The super-fat 98mm waist keeps him floating smooth pow turns and gives a solid landing pad for 50 foot Lincoln loops. The twintip torsion-box construction encourages spinning off kickers, rolling through the pipe, and landing backwards. A 13mm progressive sidecut performs well on gnar-gnar hardpack and lets this K2 ski turn with delicate precision when the need arises. But trust us, the Seth Vicious Alpine Ski is most stoked when pinning it down steep faces. *Available for US shipment only.

Bottom Line: Ski as vicious as Seth, with the fatty, twintip K2 Seth Alpine Ski.

Very versatile powder ski. Skis crud well, quick turning, light. Only weak spot would be edge hold on icy groomers. Very stable.
Perfect for the varied conditions of the Pacific Northwest

Hands down, the best ski here.

I've ridden most of this year's freeskiing skis, but this is my all-time favorite. It carves anything, POWNs (Power-OWNs) the powder, crud, ice, whatever. They get a touch jittery at high speed, but since they are quite a bit stiffer than the Pistol it holds together decently well. What it lacks in ultra-high-speed stability though, it more than makes up for in other areas. It should also be noted that this ski does NOT chatter on the groomed, only on variable terrain at super-man speeds. The progressive sidecut makes it easy to rally lots of different turn radii, and it is easy to break into a skid if you need to (the benefit of the narrower tail).

These K2 skis are awsome. Great flex and super fun to ride. Just got mine mounted up a little bit ago and have been riding brighton with them and they're super fun. Definitely get these if you're looking for a powder ski.

tail could be wider

A great ski, but I have found that the tail could be about a half centimeter wider, because it is hard to land switch in the powder.

Awesome fatty, haven't found anything they don't do, used them as all mountain ski/park, love em! Plus the graphics, they're awesome.
