PE Alpine Ski

The PE, previously known as the Public Enemy, is back from the school of hard knocks and it's more of a threat than ever. Long known as a park and pipe menace, these all-mountain twins will make your most wanted list. An 85mm waist gives the PE versatility for all-mountain skiing, but this twin is most at home in the park. K2 gave the PE Alpine Skis hybrid ABS/urethane sidewalls to reduce impact from landing and provide bomber durability. Go ahead and stomp on the most bruised, battered, and scarred rails you can find—the PE Ski's burly, 3.5mm steel edges can take it.

Bottom Line: From the park to the groomers, the K2 PE brings black steel in the hour of chaos.

these skis are ill.

I ordered the K2 PE for the best price I have seen on them. The 169 cm are some sick skis and they came in about 9 days. My friends bro has em and rode em in tons of pow at winter park and I have seen them rip it in the park and seem like great all mountain skis. the top sheet apparently scratches easily but not too big a deal, the graphics r sick. I cant wait to mount em and ride em soon or next season but definitely a great investment. And I will definitely be buying more stuff from backcountry.

Great All Mountain Ski

By:

Rather stiff flex for a twin tip park ski which makes it great as an all mountain ski. I mounted my bindings +2 from mid sole. Turns are initiated easily, good snap to them. I did find their speed limit but I was impressed at how well they handled the speed. Great ski for the price.

Good and Hard Skis

By:

I got these skis in a 159 length and compared to the others it's o bit chubby. The urethane sidewalls do work great unless you land really smooth. They are great for smaller jumps but 30-50 footers take it hard. They are great for powder days because they make you float but not quite as much as my K2 Pontoons. This is still a great ski and i would recommend it to any avid skier.

Sweet Ski

This is a great ski for the price. My first set of twin tips and first time going through a park. They are also pretty good for carving, stomping 10-15 footers, and okay for big powder days, I did buy a new pair of Lines for my pow days but these skis handled them well.
