Smooth and supportive, from first day 'till last.

Designed with Endo construction, the K2 Men's Maysis Boa Snowboard Boot retains a consistent flex throughout the entire season, so you can squeeze out every last drop of performance. This ingenious construction is comprised of a urethane exoskeleton for a lively, energetic feel that resists breakdown. Ultimately, this means the boot retains a supportive, medium-level flex without feeling like a soggy noodle half-way through the season.

Twice as nice as the competition, the Double Boa closure controls the outer shell and inner liner separately. Boa Coiler precisely cinches down the outer shell for a responsive feel while the Boa Conda dial locks down the liner to prevent energy-sapping heel lift. This combo gives you the ability to crank down both dials for the utmost in power and control, or conversely, keep them a bit looser for extra freedom and flexibility.

New for this season, the boot's sole was overhauled with Vibram Pro-Light rubber for legendary toughness and outstanding grip. Not only does this upgrade give you better durability when you're logging long days on the mountain, but it ensures ample traction for walking across slippery parking lots and hiking to fresh lines.

    • Supportive snowboard boot for peak-to-park pursuits
    • Medium flex for sampling everything on the mountain
    • Double Boa tightens shell and liner with separate dials
    • Endo construction resists breakdown for a consistent flex
    • Intuition Control 3D Foam liner provides a customized fit
    • Vibram Pro-Lite sole is lightweight, grippy, and durable

    Footprint width issue

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Most important to note: the footprint width is ovsrsized. I rode a season with brand new union bindings(size L) and these boots (size 11.5), realized time and again that the setup wasnt fitting. The boots are too large for average-width bindings and theyll squeak and jump in and out the bindings while youre riding, which is a very serious compromise to balance, safety and control. After one short run icing issues between boot and binding is inevitable as well, which is very frustrating. Ive had these for a year now, still going strong enough but the wear and tear is visible aesthetically. Try to only wear them when your riding if you can, theyll last 50 days longer.

Solid Boots - No Heel Float

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Just picked up these boots about 2 weeks ago, tested them in about 2 feet of fresh PNW powder. These boots past the test...
Intuition Foam Inserts: Get these guys heat molded, they puff up like a marshmallow and form a solid fit. No blisters on my first day. (make sure your local board shop gives you toe caps, this will give you a little extra wiggle room).
Boa Conda is so legit, honestly almost no heel float... After a full of boarding and the dogs are barking you can loosen the boa which forms the outer "laces" but still keep your heel locked in with the boa conda.
