Taking a cue from America's obesity epidemic, the K2 Hell Bent Griffon SchizoFRANTIC Skis added another 10mm to its already massive girth in 2010. Built with Griffon SchizoFRANTIC inserts so they would pair seamlessly with Marker Griffen SchizoFrantic bindings (bindings included), this near-symmetrical reverse-camber twin is sure to keep you bobbing on the surface of lung-busting powder. A soft flex promotes buttering in ways that would make any Belgian waffle jealous.

SchizoFRANTIC inserts allow for super-fast mounting with the Marker Griffon SchizoFrantic binding system without the need for drilling (bindings included)
SchizoFrantic binders are adjustable up to 6cm back from core center
10mm wider tip-to-tail for exponential increase in flotation over previous models
Traditional sidecut maintains maneuverability on hardpack
Powder Rocker tech raises the tip and tail for generous float in the deeps
A small amount of camber underfoot gives you some traction when your pow run spits you out onto a groomer

Im 5ft 9 and 145 pounds and want to get into alpine touring Im

Im 5ft 9 and 145 pounds and want to get into alpine touring Im looking for lots of rocker and a fairly fat base underfoot. I was thinking of the obsethed or the francis bacons. I want to still have twin tips and be able to hit and trick jumps in th B.C.

I wouldn't go with this set up then..I recommend Fortitudeskis.com 's Yeti. Similar to the Rossi S7 but handmade in Colorado and a much better ski..not quite as wide but plenty of early rise for your floatation.
