The K2 Cinch CTS Snowboard Binding gives you the best of both worlds: effortless, quick entry/exit, and the customized fit of conventional ankle/toe straps. The Airframe Highback and Cored Universal Toe Strap reduce weight without sacrificing heel- and toe-side response, so the Cinch CTS Bindings excel from the steeps to the streets.

  • Cinch Technology folds highback down and ankle strap up for quick entry/exit
  • Airframe Highback has a center spine for heel-side response, forgiving flex for side-to-side feel
  • Tool-less forward lean adjustment for custom feel
  • Thermo-Formed EVA pad to eliminate calf bite
  • Seamless EVA footbed dampens and reduces shock on impact
  • Cored straps reduce weight and increase response
  • Universal toe strap can go over or around toe

Bottom Line: Cinching hybrid for custom comfort and quickness.

Once you have them dialed in they are easy to use and now more sitting in the snow while your twin stick friends race buy you! They are easy to fine tune also.

Yep. You can run them either way. Rear entry, or get into them as a traditional two strap binding.

Cinch vs M9

By:
May 28, 2010

So I've been able to ride the Flow M9's and now these rear-entry bindings and I have to say these are the better bindings if you're into all-mtn vs park, otherwise, the Flow's have more flex and quicker adjustments. I've been a fan of rear entry bindings ever since I tried the M9's but I was looking for something with quicker response and more stability. The Cinch delivered with a heel cup versus n/a on the M9 and fixed last year's issue of not having an adjustable toe strap. However, it sill lacks tool-less forward lean, unlike the Flow's, which I kind of miss every now and then. They do have a lighter base, better shock absorbers, and they're much easier to strap in traditionally than the Flow's. Honestly, the best thing to do with bindings is to try them and with BC's awesome return policy, you only lose out on shipping even after using them on the mtn. Keep up the great work, guys!

Easy set up

By:
May 12, 2010

I gave 4 starts because so far they have been easy to set up, and easy to get into and out of when messing around on the carpet at home. I jumped around with them set up on the board to test them, and they not feel bulky. They feel very stable and comfortable. I like that i'm able to zone them in to where I want them tighter or looser. I got them in mid-March right when all the snow was melting up here (bummer) so I haven't taken them on the hill yet, but once I do I will update.
