The K2 Anagram Snowboard gives beginning to advanced riders tons of freestyle performance—without taking a heavy toll on their bank accounts. Whether it's your first season or your fifth, the Anagram gives you the stability and pop to progress to the next level. K2's wood core lends the board a consistent, solid feel with great pop for ollying onto rails. Lay out some high speed turns on the groomers, then duck into the trees for a few quick powder turns—the Anagram Snowboard's Dual Progressive side cut will handle them both. K2 made the core thinner near the tip and tail to reduce swing weight and make spins easier. The Anagram features an extruded base for easy tuning and maintenance.

Bottom Line: The K2 Anagram Snowboard respects your desire to progress, and your wallet.

Great progressive board!

After reading a few reviews and the product description above, I was sold on the K2 Anagram. I have spent 6 solid seasons snowboarding but this is my first board and I love it.

The board is fast, light and highly responsive. It performs as described and better. I tested it first with a couple hours on the mountain and observed the following: This board wants to go fast and I say let it. Once you pick up some good speed, carving is second nature. Just think about your shred and it goes. The board has enough flex to forgive the East Coast ice/slush late in the season and still stiff enough to own the fresh laid pow. For free riding, I'm not sure this thing can be beat!

Let me preface my park review by saying my park game sucks. I can nail a few jumps/grabs and ride a few rails, but I'm far from pro. That said, this board is going to make me better. It's light and sturdy enough to give you the confidence you need before catching sick air and the flex allows you to miss the sweet spot without breaking your tail bone. Factory wax is fine for rails and boxes, but since the board was brand new I didn't spend a lot of time on them.

All-in-all, thrilled to have purchased this board and highly recommend it for riders with some experience and looking to get better. This board is the next step you've been looking for!

i am 5ft 10 and 155 pounds and am 15 years old. i have a question

i am 5ft 10 and 155 pounds and am 15 years old. i have a question on if i should get the size 155 or 158 k2 anagram snowboard. i probably won't get any taller, but i want to be able to use this snowboard for like 3 years hopefully. i am pretty athletic so i figure by the time i am 18 i will probably be somewhere close to 180 pounds. i like to hit rails in the park and some jumps. but i always am up for a good run down the mountain.

I am 5'10 and 169lbs - 24yo male. I own the 158 Anagram and it's perfect. I say get 158 since you will definitely grow another inch and add a few pounds in the coming three years.

Great progressive board!

I've been snowboarding for a few seasons now, but this is the first board I've ever owned. After reading reviews elsewhere and the product description above, I was sold on the 158 K2 Anagram. Here's why:

Freeride: this board is fast, light, and highly responsive. It wants to fly down the mountain side and I say let it. At faster speeds, carving is second nature. Just think about your shred and this board goes. Nearly effortless. The board has enough flex to forgive the East Coast ice/slush at the end of the season but is still sturdy enough to own the fresh laid pow. I could almost keep up with my brother, who rocks some wicked fast ski blades, down the diamond of his choice. Almost. And at lower speeds, this thing is just an all around joy to ride.

Park: Let me preface this by saying my park game sucks. That said, this board is going to make me better. It's light and confident and makes you feel the same right before lining up for major air. The flex lets you miss the sweet spot without necessarily busting your butt in the process. I didn't spend a lot of time on the rails and box-tops since the board was brand new, but the couple I did hop on were buttery easy with the factory wax. The centered stance made staying upright pretty simple.

All in all, I am very pleased with this board and highly recommend it to any rider with some experience looking to take the next step. This board will take you there!
