Great Glasses for riding on my MC
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I love these glasses as I am an avid MC rider and they provide great vision and clarity while I am on the road. The size is perfect for my use on and off the bike. I would not hesitate to buy another pair and the price I paid on Backcountry was AWESOME for this quality of sunglasses.

Update: unfortunately, i lost my Julbo Run's in the West Sea while on fishing trip.
I watched them sink beyond my reach..... and with heavy heart I bid them farewell from the edge of the boat....

Great lens, nasty frames...
- Fit: Runs large
The frames are hard and uncomfortable, gave me a headache. The temple logo fell off when I placed them on the table, first day! Note also, the lenses are NXT plastic, not "mineral glass" as described. However, NXT is great stuff, and the lenses are crystal clear and nearly bullet-proof.
I bought these sunglasses for all around use. I wear them for driving, hiking, in uniform, and whatever else in between. I used them extensively in Camp Pendleton recently while setting up and taking down a field hospital. They worked great for going in and out of sunlight. They work well while driving. I would have given them 5 stars but I find them to be a pain to clean and mediocre in bright sunlight. They are good for all around use but I wouldn't wear them for anything more than hiking. I would get something that fits more snug such as the Trail model if you're a trail runner or mtn biker. The size of the Run is right on. I have good peripheral coverage and the colors are not distorted too much. My hat size is about 7.5-7 5/8 if that helps for sizing. I would also get the 2-4 photochromic lenses if you are going to ski in bright sunlight or live in a really sunny area. The falcon III's work well for me but I live in WI.
Great glasses just big
I'm a huge fan of Julbo above any other make of sunglasses however I can't give these the best marks. First off the size is really big! I have a big noggin and these were even big on me. The lenses were pretty clear however because they were big on me light would come in from the top corners creating a blueish halo against the lenses. The quality is great, and the optics are crystal clear when there is no halo. I would recommend getting the Dirt model as they wrap around your head better and are a bit smaller keeping the similar style.
