Epik & Peak Goggle - Camel Polarized Photochromic
Warning: California Proposition 65
The créme de la créme.
First of all, when Glen Plake gets involved in the design of a pair of goggles you know you're in for a treat, and to sweeten the deal even more Swiss mountain guide/freeskier Samuel Anthamatten also stepped in making the Epic & Peak Goggle the apex of the vortex of ski goggles. Its Camel polarized photochromic lens works to your advantage whether you're backcountry skiing under a sunny sky or dropping down shady couloirs in stormy conditions. Its photochromic technology adapts to any light quickly to give you optimized vision in ever-changing conditions, and the polarized performance prevents eyestrain by eliminating annoying glares. Julbo added an anti-fog coating that prevents fog buildup when you work up a sweat hiking powder-capped peaks, and the vents on top of the lens prevents any discomfort throughout the day.
An extended outrigger makes the Epik & Peak compatible with any ski helmet, and the silicone band securely sticks to any surface, so you can ski without the goggle slipping down your face. Julbo also added a bandana that you can clip to the goggle for extra coverage in foul weather, and it matches the awesome design that Glen and Samuel came up with so you stay stylish while you ski the days away.
