Like many other fashion glasses, The Julbo Cockpit Sunglasses with Falcon Polarized Photochromic Lens feature classic aviator style, but that's where the resemblance ends. That's because these sunglasses offer pilots, drivers, or anyone else who needs no-nonsense, high-performance protection the advanced capabilities of the photochromic Falcon lenses.

  • Photochromic Falcon lenses automatically adapt to changes in light levels (lenses darken in bright sunlight and lighten when the clouds roll in), offering 9-20% visible light transmission depending on conditions
  • Lenses' Behind the Windshield technology makes them get darker when you're in the car (or plane), so they're particularly suitable for driving
  • Polarization eliminates horizontal glare from things like water, the hood of your vehicle, and the road
  • Copper color of lenses accentuates contrasts for more comfortable vision
  • Anti-reflective coating reduces strain on the eye by removing interference glare
  • Oil-resistant coating makes it harder to leave fingerprints on your lenses
  • Base 8 curvature offers a wraparound fit for great peripheral vision and protection

Julbo, get some decent glue!!

  • Fit:Runs small

This is my second pair of Cockpits. The Falcon lenses are fantastic crystal clear NXT, darken real good, then lighten nicely at dusk. Frames are gorgeous, high quality and adjustable. So why 4 stars? Both pairs lost the logo on a temple within days of owning them. Also, these are heavy, almost as much as glass lenses. Still, worth gluing the logos back on, just hope you don't lose them!

You are absolutely right. I had to glue the logos back on the first day of use. Pity, those otherwise well made sunglasses has such small defect. BTW, I have another model "Dirt" the logo on the left temple felt off in just days of use.
