The Julbo Arctic sunglasses are designed for their namesake's environment. If it's sunny in the Arctic, you need full protection from the sun and it's glare and reflections off the snow. Even if you're only touring around the perimeters of the park in the Midwest, you need to protect your eyes from all angles. The full-coverage Arctic with its Alti Spectron X6 lenses protects you from all UV rays and 95% of visible light. These are some of Julbo's most intense lenses for the most intense environments. With a venting front shell and elastomer inserts at the ears, the Arctic wears comfortably and fog-free.

great sunglasses but very specific

They’re great glasses but fit a bigger head, they’re a little loose but it’s too work much work to return/exchange them :). Quite dark and not good for daily stuff around town but good at what they’re made for. I'm using them a lot in White Mountains and ice climbing crags.

They are really really good at what they are made for. I can look straight at the sun without any fear. The lenses are dark and not good for driving if it’s cloudy. The frame is big and has be worn really close to the eyes otherwise it moves which is irritating; it took some getting used to.
