Anthony Boronowski's signature pole sports checks just like Jeff's slip-ons. If that means nothing to you, go watch Fast Times At Ridgemont High immediately. For those who are still here (and we hope that's most of you), you know that Spicolli is a legendary role model to chilled-out dudes and babes everywhere, and a style icon who has endured for almost thirty years. Perhaps Joystick and Anthony Boronowski are trying to tell you something. Or perhaps they just made an affordable, tough, and sweet-looking ski pole and named it the Spicolli. You decide.

Bottom Line: Aloha, class. Your poles are in.

i love these poles. you couldn't really ask for more in a pole. I've been using these for a couple years now and they are holding up beautifully.

They're just poles, right?

Unless you're racing at an extremely competitive venue, I can't imagine why you would want more of a pole than is offered in the Joystick Spicolli. It's a pole. It's an aluminum tube with a basket on one end and a handle on the other.
The Good: This pole has unique paint which is kind of fun and will set you apart from the crowd in the lift-line.
The Bad: The grips that come with these poles are a low-quality plastic. If you're like me, that's a not a big deal. If you want something better, the grips are easy to replace.
The Bottom Line: Why would you pay more for a pole that will do the exact same thing and not look as cool?

All around good pole

I picked these up for a really low price on backcountry (they're one of the cheapest poles on here), and I couldn't be more happy that I did. I considered composites as well, but now that I have these, I wouldn't switch. They're fairly light and feel extremely solid. They look MUCH cooler in person than they do in these pictures. I'm 5'10", got the 120cm and they're the perfect size. Very pleased with my purchase.

kinda looks like girls poles with the joystick logo and hearts....but $23.00 is worth the spicoli design. definately a park pole so get them short or get some bigger baskets with them for pow.

Fun and Inexpensive

Awesome. These were a gift for my Girlfriend for Christmas and she loves them. Not that I care, but her first comment of "The match my skis!" seemed to sum up her thoughts. Inexpensive, functional, and cool looking. Ideal for the hot chick intermmediate skier.
