Description

Gotta get up to get down.

Sometimes Pep Fujas goes so big that he's an inch or two shorter after stomping the landing. That's why Joystick made him the Pep Adjustable Ski Pole so he didn't need new ones after every session. You probably don't need the Pep's height adjustable shaft for that reason, but if you spend much time hiking or skinning in the backcountry you could probably use a shortened pole for the uphill.
  • The sturdy 6013 aluminum shaft helps you pole into backcountry hits and get you through the flats
  • A steel tip bites into icy boot packs and in-runs
  • Adjustable canvas strap secures the pole during spins so you don't get stabbed by it during the landing
  • Includes a regular disc basket and a 85mm powder basket to keep you moving on the deep days

Very impressed with the strength and quality of these poles. They are super light weight but very sturdy as well. They are lighter than a common Black Diamond Traverse. The locking mechnism on these isn't as smooth as BD's flicklock, but once you set the length you can be sure they wont slip. For the price, I love these
