Jones Snowboards The Mountain Twin Snowboard - 2010 BCS
Available Colors / Styles
If your idea of a terrain park involves natural gullies, windlips, rollers, and pillow lines, the Jones Mountain Twin Snowboard is your new all-mountain freestyle machine. The directional twin shape smooths out switch takeoffs and landings, while the CamRock hybrid-camber shape balances rocker's floaty, forgiving feel with plenty of control and pop between your feet.
- CamRock hybrid-camber shape uses an equally rockered tip and tail with mellow camber between the bindings for a playful yet controllable ride
- Modified Magne-Traction edges add five contact points - mellower near the tip/tail for finessing turns, and more exaggerated between the bindings for powerful grip
- Thin film topsheet replaces traditional plastic for less weight and environmental impact
- Carbon-infused sintered base is incredibly fast, and partially recycled for extra eco-friendliness
Bottom Line: Ride everything from sidecountry lines to springtime slush laps with speed and style.

All mountain magic

When I want to trade off between doing laps on the jump line, searching for smooth steeps, and sniffing out left over pow stashes I grab my Mountain Twin. The rockered tip and tail stay evenly afloat riding regular or switch and the camber and Mellow Magne-Traction combination keeps me confident on edge. The go anywhere maneuverability of the Mountain Twin make it my easy all-day choice from first chair to the afternoon backcountry powder lap.

When I got this board I pushed it around just like any other board I get or have. I want to make sure I'm gonna like it. The conditions we currently have are amazing here in SLC... powder for days etc. The more aggressive I rode this board the more unstable it felt.

I've had about 5 days on this board now. I did notice that the nose sunk a little in the pow if I wasn't going very fast. I haven't found that you have to lean way back... It seems to ride similar to most reverse camber boards in pow. I still think this board is super fun. It also seems to respond better the more aggressively you ride it.
I have noticed that the topsheet scratches easily. But no peeling or construction issues.
Change me.
