The Jansport Wasabi Backpack carries everything you need for a day at school or a night at the sushi bar. This bag has a main compartment for books, a second compartment with an organizer for pens (or chopsticks) and a music pocket with headphone port so you can listen to your favorite beats while you throw down a plate of California Rolls. The side mesh pocket holds a water bottle so you can put out the fire in your mouth after trying your first Death Roll. You'll need it. Don't say we didn't warn you.

Bottom Line: Stop eating and get back to doing your homework.

Nice backpack for people with medium to large frame, who needs lots of room for books.

I purchased the pink one, which was extremely cute with nice lines. One problem I had with this backpack, however, was that it was too long. The top compartment for MP3 player is nice, but because of the extra pocket, the backpack itself is too long for a 5'4” girl like me. (It looked HUGE on my back) I'm a graduate student so I need room for a few notebooks and some books (one textbook and a few paperbacks) and this backpack had too much room leftover after I put all my books. The main compartment was too deep and I was forced to reach down pretty deep to retrieve my books. Because of my petite frame, I did not want a backpack that is too big and bulky, and I didn't want more space than necessary to minimize the load I have to carry to school daily. Overall, a nice backpack if you have a medium to large frame and need lots of room. Not the best if you're on the petite side who wants just enough rooms for your necessities, without too much room left over. I do agree that Jansport makes good quality backpacks. My last (Classic) Jansport backpack lasted me almost 10 years from high school to end of college. It is still fine without a single tear or rip. Even though this particular style won't work for me, I do agree that it is nice for students who need lots of room.
