The well-padded Jansport Sortie Backpack is ideal for carrying heavy loads. The two-compartment Sortie is an internal-frame pack that's loaded with performance features. The lid is extendable and detachable. The Sortie's zipper is watertight to protect your gear. The ice axe loops tuck-away when you're not using them. The Sortie is hydration compatible with a hydration sleeve and tube port so you can stow your water bladder in the pack to keep hydrated. The shoulder straps, waist belt, and back padding are all made with Airvent mesh padding for increased breathability.
Bottom Line: The Jansport Sortie Backpack is small enough for over-nighters but big enough to schlep your gear.
