You may not have bike messenger skills, but the Jansport Free Ride won't tell anyone. The Free Ride has an adjustable padded shoulder strap for normal use and an additional cross over strap for when you need to demonstrate your high-speed skills on the urban obstacle course. A padded back panel is comfortable when you're on the move, and twin web loops allow you to attach reflectors and prevent embarrassing and painful roadkill situations. To keep you organized, the Free Ride has a divided main compartment, a front drawbridge compartment with integrated organizer and 2 corner storage compartments. Once you're at speed, you'll be glad to have the Free Ride at your back.
Bottom Line: A high velocity shoulder bag.

Purchased the bag to haul basketball support stuff for son and myself during tournaments. Works well when using the stabilizer strap but generally encourages too much to carry. Did use it for overnighter and found it great for that. Clothes weigh less than books and water jugs etc. It's OK but not as useful as I had hoped by nature of the design.
