Description

Send the climbers back to the pull-up bar.

If your brake cables are so corroded and gummed up that your climber buddies want to do their forearm workouts on your bike , it might be time for the Jagwire Teflon / Stainless Brake Cable upgrade. Die-extruded stainless steel coated with Teflon means your cables will slide smooth and easy.

  • 1.5mm Teflon-coated stainless steel cables
  • Inner cable only, no housing included
  • Shimano / SRAM variant will work with mechanical disc brakes

What rear brake cable do I buy to replace on a Huffy 26" bike

Responded on

Your huffy most likely has a mountain bike brake on it. This is a road bike break cable. Also, this cable is coated with Teflon which is going to be more expensive if your looking for a quick fix.
