Whether you're planning to snorkel along a pristine reef, bird watch in the marshes, or cast for bass in your local lake, turn to the Jackson Kayak Riviera Kayak for ease of use and a good time on the water. Jackson Kayak designed the Riviera to be stable, fun to paddle, and easy to transport to and from the water. The boat's relatively wide (roughly 30in at its widest point) for a boat of its class, making it stable enough to inspire confidence in beginner paddlers. However, thanks to its gently rockered bow, the Riviera is still plenty maneuverable to keep it fun for the more experience paddler to kick around in.
The boat is rigged with a molded seat and foot rest, making for during comfortable day-long excursions, and it has open storage space behind the seat for a small cooler with a small day hatch in front of the seat for those less-intrusive items that need to stay dry. Not to mention, getting the boat back to the rig after a day on the lake is easy thanks to the built-in skid plate, which allows the boat to be dragged across everything from sandy beaches to parking lot asphalt without you having to worry about putting a hole in the hull.
