Revelstoke Texapore II Pant - Men's

Revelstoke's famous for deep pow, massive vert, and occasionally soggy conditions on the lower half. Even if your blower Revy day starts turning sloppy, though, your lower half will be as happy as a clam in the Revelstoke Texapore II Men's Pant from Jack Wolfskin, a waterproof, breathable, and fully kitted shred trouser made for skiers who like a little insulation. The warmth comes courtesy of 60g Microguard Stretch insulation, which is light, warm, compressible, and lofty all at once, and the water-resistance is delivered by Texapore O2+, Wolfskin's proprietary two-layer waterproof and breathable membrane. It's a hardshell but has a breathability rating comparable to most softshells, so you don't have to choose between letting snow or sweat soak into your long johns.

Ripping pow turns, putting in bootpacks, and dodging trees is tough if you can't move, so Wolfskin was careful to line the Revelstoke with SoftTouch Taffeta Stretch, an elastic polyester that gives you near-unlimited mobility and helps wick moisture away from your skin to prevent the pants from sticking to your legs. It's also hard to ski with pants around your ankles (apologies to park rats everywhere), but the Revelstoke's removable suspenders and adjustable waist help keep them locked in prime position. The Vent Support System improves cooling and helps evacuate moisture, ankle gaiters seal out snow, and the Cordura kick patches prevent your edges from slicing your pants on the season's first day.
