The Inov 8 Women's Roclite 312 GTX Trail Running Shoe includes Fascia-band support to aid your stride and reduce foot fatigue over long distances. A relatively low-profile outsole makes the Roclite an excellent choice for use on hard-pack trails as well as an excellent training shoe. A Gore-Tex waterproof breathable insert keeps you feet dry if rain tries to put a dampener on your day in this Inov 8 shoe.
Bottom Line: Run as long as you like. These shoes can take it.

My first time out with these shoes was a hike in the White Mountains of NH and I was not disappointed. Super comfortable, steady no matter what the surface or terrain and at the end of a wet day, my feet were still dry. I love these shoes!
