F-Lite 182 Trail Running Shoe - Women's

The F-Lite 182 Women's Trail Running Shoe is the latest evolution of the F-Lite series from Innov8. It'll have you running the trails and climbing ropes like a mountain goat.

Most notable is the 0mm drop that eliminates any differential between the heel and the toe of the shoe. This was designed for runners who are fore- to mid-foot strikers — meaning that their heels rarely touch the ground. At the same time, unlike barefoot running shoes that minimize the sole thickness, Innov8 used a 3mm sole. This protects the bottom of your feet from protrusions, while still allowing for adequate ground feel. After all, shock absorption minimizes foot fatigue. Additionally, Innov8 used its Rope-Tec sole design to eliminate damage from rope climbing ascents/descents. The sole was fabricated from X-sole, a rubber that confers high grip on multiple surfaces, whether you're outdoors or indoors.

The F-lite 182 was built on a women's-specific last. Accordingly, it features a narrower width and tighter heel for a more secure fit. You won't have to worry about your heels blistering from sliding in and out of shoes that are too wide. A fascia band in the midsole mimics the foots natural windlass effect. Essentially, the planter fascia acts as a tension band which aids in the forward propulsion of the foot. Supporting this area results in greater efficiency.

Five millimeter laces lie flat against the shoe and stay tied, while mesh uppers reduce weight and increase breathability.
