A zero-drop fitness shoe that's down to earth.

Lift weights, run laps, or cross train while wearing the Men's Bare-XF 210 Running Shoe from Inov8 and get your toes closer to the earth. This fitness shoe has a 0mm heel-to-forefoot offset, no midsole, and a thin 3mm outsole so your foot can adapt to the ground beneath it. Your foot wants to work its natural, bio-mechanical magic, so lace up this minimalist shoe and let it.

  • ZERO Shock Zone features no slope differential from heel to toe—ideal for advanced runners and athletes with a flat foot placement ready for (or already into) barefoot fitness and running
  • Mesh upper allows sweat to escape and allows ample airflow to keep your foot cool
  • Quick-pull lace design draws the upper around your foot for a precise, stable fit and features PU coating over the side webbing for durability
  • Anatomic design features a wider toe box to allow the toes to spread
  • Bare-X rubber outsole (3mm thickness) provides the lightweight, minimal cushion to keep you close to the road
  • Sticky rubber sole compound utilizes rock climbing shoe technology for remarkable adhering power and traction

Great shoe!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs large

Shoe is light and very road stable, not trail stable. After a couple hundred miles still looks good and runs even better. Inov8 make a quality product.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: Runs large

These shoes are great! They fit nice and snug around the arches and heels of your feet, while giving just enough room around the toes for lifts and just overall added stability, allowing your toes to do their thing. The sole is tacky, which gives you a nice, grounded barefoot feel. Only downfall is I read during my research was if they're worn outdoors, the sole loses it's tackiness. So even though they're crossfit shoes, I recommend having a second pair for outdoor/running.

Good crossfit choice

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I use these primarily for crossfit and occasional running. Overall I have been happy with the shoe and it has shown little wear after wearing for 2 weeks.
I'm usually an 11.5, which is what I ordered, but these shoes tend to run a bit smaller. I found them a little tighter then I would like.
I've run in Vibram Five Fingers as well as Merrell minimalist shoes. I find these more comfortable then the Vibrams (they always tend to be uncomfortable for me between my toes), and better structured then the Merrells. The Inov8s still tend to give me that barefoot experience. Overall I would order them again.
