Stop tearing up your car's interior every weekend. Stow your boards and skis in the Inno Universal Ski Rack next time you head up to the mountain. This ski and snowboard rack is compatible with most factory and aftermarket crossbars, right out of the box—the Universal Crossbar Clamp really lives up to its name. This rack holds up to six pairs of skis or four snowboards.
i love these racks. super easy to put on and off. the first time i put them on was in the resort parking lot!...didn't want the snow in my car. maybe too easy to take off but as long as they're locked i dont think anyone could break into them. they're very adjustable and could fit on pretty much any rack. very wide and can hold a lot of gear. bought them on tramdock and am very happy to finally have a roof rack!

I have been looking for a simple rack to mount on my factory one and haul 4 snowboards. I looked at this one and liked it and finally it hit Tramdock so I picked one up!! It fits my factory 1996 Ford Explorer rack great! Holds great and works great. Kinda was to easy! Doesn't require tools but you would have to open the rack to pop the plastic caps off to ever dismount it so it's safer then it sounded in some of the reviews I read. Check it out!!
It's got a lock that holds your gear in, but not that locks it to the car. You just have to count on the fact that your potential thief didn't bring tools.
This is a great roof rack, especially for the price point... Very easy to put on, they DO have locks, and they look great on a rig. They easily handled a 1400 mile trip at highway speeds, as we spent the winter break making turns in the Wasatch Mountain Range! I'd highly recommend them, and I'd make the purchase again...
Sick rack!!! Bought them last year after the season...just used them recently on my FJ. Bolted directly to the factory roof rack. Easy install! I switched the factory bolts to some stainless nuts and bolts I bought from the local hardware store for a little more security because the factory bolts can easily be removed by hand. for the price BUY THEM!
I find it ironic that you want to fit toys for enjoying the snow onto a vehicle that's destroying it.Pretty sure that didn't answer the question Anus... err, Angus. Look at it this way, at least it was an H3! For all you know, he could live in a remote place that doesn't have paved roads (driveways), with steep climbs, etc. so that he (or she) can enjoy all of nature's glory without light, noise, and air polution. They may be unable to take full advantage of a hybrid electric prius or mass transit directly to the slopes like you do. The point is, don't judge someone by what they drive... they may have a reason for it. Look, we all love the environment and nature, so get off the high horse. By the way, what do you drive?
Does the inno universal ski rack fit the factory installed roof rack on a 2006 subaru outback wagon? It has the flat bars as opposed to the round ones. Thanks
I recently purchased this rack for use on my 08 Ford Escape. Fits the factory racks just fine. Package includes 2 separate roof racks, each with its own key lock. You can lock the skis to the rack but not the rack to your car. A prospective thief could easily remove the rack provided they have some access to it. This is with factory screws. As a previous reviewer mentioned I am going to the local hardwear store to replace the screws with something that requires tools to remove. It fastens pretty quickly with the factory bolts, however i had a tough time getting it off in the cold with it tightened too much. Easy to assemble, quick to put on, and easy to remove if you don't over-tighten or get better bolts. I'd recomend.
