Give your feet all the anatomical support they can get. The Injinji Performance Compression Toe Sock forms its highly breathable self to all the contours of your foot to encourage optimal circulation and reduce blisters. A nylon outer shell keeps this masterpiece from falling apart while the inner Coolmax layer breathes like a yogi master to keep your feet cool. Injinji didn\222t just take the normal sock shape and add toes because it looks cool. Having your toes covered individually reduces skin-to-skin contact and lowers your susceptibility to blisters.

Bottom Line: Save your retro tube socks for Halloween.

It's about a five minute adjustment period....at least it was for me.

Slight adjustment. Once you walk a bit in your shoes the fit nicely. I don't want to wear regular socks again. Wish they were more affordable. Closest thing to barefoot you can get while wearing regular shoes.

I will be the odd one here, I hated it and could not get used to it. Tried it a couple of different times and realized they are not for me.

Agreed. It only felt weird for about 10 minutes. Now I wear them for most of my running.

Willy, they feel a little weird between your toes at first but you get use to it quickly. No real adjustment period, at least for me.

I like these socks. They compress but not too tight. It helps to eliminate leg cramps.

Willy, I don't train anywhere near 100 mpw but I do wear Injinis. The performance socks (coolmax)have good durability but the outdoor ones (wool) wear out quickly.

A Great Compression Sock!

By:
January 24, 2011

I'm SO glad Injinji finally made a compression sock. I wear VFFs only when I run and needed a sock that I could wear with them. They are wonderful! I also wore them when I flew across the country this month. They were great for the flight.

Thanks, Injinji for making these.

Are these socks recommended for Diabetics with circulation problems

injinji socks are basically socks with individual toes, just like gloves have individual fingers. the compression in this sock is for your calf and lower leg which is a feature generally for people running long distances ie. ultra marathons / trail racing. your best bet is to check with your doctor to find out if you will benefit from lower leg compression.

Very nice for snowboarding. Your toes don't get crushed and your calves stay live. I will order more...it sounds crazy but these work! Skiers would love these!

Now tested in freaky cold conditions on a 3-day trip. Verdict - awesome. These are phenomenal socks. I wrote about them at snowboardinginjapan.com and on snowboardingforum.com. If you're ready for something better than Joe Boxers at 3 for a dollar, these are the ones.

Love 'em

I've always had issues with blisters between my toes, and these socks saved me during both my Ironman training (used on long runs) and race. The compression was also great. Just the right level of tightness.
