Icebreaker SuperFine140 Lily Leaf 3/4 Sleeve Top - Women's - 2009 BCS

The shirt seems a little on the small side -- the sleeves are tighter than the sleeves from the icebreaker superfine 140 henley (also 3/4 length). The fabric is very soft and silky, which I think is an improvement from last year's (2008) 140 fabric. The flower print is actually quite visible, which I was not expecting. The V-neck is very deep, and the belize blue is amazingly bright. As of today 4/17/2009 a (very small) photo of this shirt on a model is on the icebreaker.com homepage lower right-hand corner, where the color is more accurate. For me this will be a beautiful casual summer shirt.

This top has a slim fit, and a deep v-neck. I'm 5'5, 115 lbs, with skinny arms and the XS fits great. If you don't have skinny arms, I might try a size up. The color of Belize blue in the photo is not true to form. It's actually quite bright, not a misty greyish blue like in the photo. I guess I would call it turquoise.
Overall, I love the way this top fits. Very flattering.

I like this shirt because its made for being active outside and also looks good enough to wear out casually. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the fit, it runs a little small. If you're on the border between two sizes, definitely order a size up. I wear medium and I ordered a large so that I could wear a tank underneath if I wanted to. Its pretty snug with nothing underneath. I do like also that it is longer on the waist. I hate shirts that ride up, this one doesn't.
